The service sector is becoming one of the drivers of economic growth in Jizzakh
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was briefed on the activities of the “Kuk Saroy” trade and service complex in Jizzakh.
Significant work is underway in the country to develop modern trade services and create favorable conditions for small businesses and entrepreneurship.

The “Kuk Saroy” complex is located on 3,5 hectares in the city of Jizzakh and is one of the largest trade and consumer services facilities in the region.
More than 300 new business entities have begun operating here. As a result, over 800 jobs have been created, including 100 jobs for low-income citizens.

It should be noted that the complex also houses a library and a book shop.

In the second stage of the project, a three-story ecological market for agricultural products is planned. It will accommodate 1 thousand trade facilities. As a result, 2 thousand new jobs will be created.
The President reviewed the complex’s operations and spoke with its visitors. He pointed out the need for further development of the service sector through a complex approach, increasing the number of similar centers in other regions.
